6sivp Terms & Conditions — Platform User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — the 6sivp website, web application, and all associated digital services accessible at https://6sivp.net.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on the 6sivp Platform, associated with a unique username and verified email address.
• "Player" / "User" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 6sivp Platform.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's 6sivp Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be staked on eligible games before the resulting funds become withdrawable.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency of the 6sivp Platform for Indonesian residents.
• "USDT" — Tether (USD-pegged stablecoin), accepted as a deposit and withdrawal currency on the Platform.
• "Void Bet" — a wager that is cancelled and refunded in full, typically due to event postponement, data error, or market suspension.
• "Material Breach" — a violation of these Terms serious enough to justify immediate account suspension or closure, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, underage registration, and money laundering.

By accessing the 6sivp Platform, creating an Account, or engaging in any real-money activity (deposit, bet placement, game participation), you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and accept the 6sivp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 6sivp Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

To register and maintain a 6sivp Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and is not negotiable. The Platform operates on an adults-only (21+) basis in recognition of Indonesian cultural and legal norms regarding age-gated entertainment.
• You must be a current resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 6sivp or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme administered by 6sivp or any other gaming operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the 6sivp Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 6sivp reserves the right to:

• Close all associated accounts without notice.
• Void all bets, casino wagers, and pending withdrawals associated with those accounts.
• Retain any funds identified as having been obtained through bonus exploitation across duplicate accounts.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. 6sivp relies on the accuracy of registration data for KYC compliance and withdrawal processing. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your 6sivp Account. 6sivp recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after registration. The Platform will not be held liable for losses arising from compromised credentials where the Platform's own security infrastructure has not been breached.

6sivp conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) as a condition of processing withdrawals above specified thresholds and as an ongoing compliance measure. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / NIK), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). The document must be current and unaltered.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and current Indonesian residential address.
• Selfie with ID — a photograph of you holding your government-issued ID, taken within the last 30 days.
• Payment method verification — confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name. For BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other local banks, this may be a screenshot or statement showing account holder name and account number.

KYC documents must be submitted through the secure upload portal within your 6sivp Account settings. 6sivp will process KYC submissions within 2 business days. Withdrawals above Rp 500.000 will be held pending successful KYC completion. 6sivp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including on accounts that have previously passed KYC, if new risk indicators are identified.

6sivp accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Bank transfer (virtual account): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP.
• E-wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT via TRC-20 network; USDT via ERC-20 network.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for bank transfer and e-wallet methods. The cryptocurrency minimum is the equivalent of Rp 50.000 in USDT at the time of transaction. 6sivp does not charge deposit fees on its side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply network or transfer fees that are outside 6sivp's control.

Deposits are credited to your 6sivp Balance in real time for virtual account and e-wallet transfers during normal banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation on the relevant blockchain network. 6sivp is not responsible for delays caused by the sending bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network congestion.

All deposit methods must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account is registered to a different individual — are not permitted. Any funds received from a third-party account will be returned to the source, and the receiving 6sivp Account will be reviewed for compliance. Repeated third-party deposit attempts will result in account suspension.

Withdrawals from your 6sivp Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional internal review.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. The name on the receiving account must match the name on your 6sivp Account registration and KYC documents. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if any active bonus balance remains subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement must be fully met, or the bonus balance forfeited, before the underlying real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are processed the same day. Requests submitted after that cut-off are processed on the following business day. Indonesian public holidays may affect processing timelines.
• 6sivp reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 5 business days if additional due diligence or KYC review is triggered. Players will be notified by email if a withdrawal is held for review.

6sivp is not responsible for delays in the receipt of funds once the withdrawal has been processed and released. Bank transfer timelines are governed by the receiving bank's clearing schedules. Inter-bank transfers in Indonesia may take 1–2 business days to settle. E-wallet withdrawals are typically instant upon processing.

6sivp offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the Casino Bonus page at the time of the offer:

• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be shared between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each offer. Bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeited if the requirement is not met within the specified period.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus balance is active. Placing a single bet or spin exceeding the maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
• Certain games contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. For most promotions, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sportsbook bets contribute subject to the specific promotion terms.
• 6sivp reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion before the change was announced are entitled to the terms as published at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, exploiting system errors to generate unearned bonus credits, or colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All bets and game sessions on the 6sivp Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category. General rules applicable across the Platform include:

• All bets are final upon confirmation. A confirmed bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player except where the Platform's rules explicitly allow cash-out or bet withdrawal features.
• In the event of a technical error, platform fault, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 6sivp reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. This determination is made solely by 6sivp and is final.
• Sportsbook: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Live betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are void if one or more legs of the accumulator is declared void; the accumulator reverts to the remaining valid legs per the Platform's standard void-leg rules.
• Live Casino: Results are determined by live physical events (card dealing, wheel spin, dice roll) conducted by studio dealers. No claim of manipulated outcome will be considered unless verifiable technical evidence of interference is provided.
• Slots: All slot games use certified random number generators (RNGs). Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific return in any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6sivp Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts, whether under real or fictitious identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, make gaming decisions, or interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human use.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus systems, or artificially inflate wagering volumes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or latency advantages to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform. 6sivp has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will do so without notification to the account holder.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 6sivp staff, other players, or support agents through any channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other Player's account or to 6sivp's administrative systems.

6sivp is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools, accessible after 6sivp login from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set duration of continuous play (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours).
• Cool-off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). The account is inaccessible for the full period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the selected period and cannot be reversed by contacting customer support.

All content on the 6sivp Platform — including but not limited to the website design, source code, graphics, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, promotional material, and written content — is the exclusive property of 6sivp or its licensed third-party content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 6sivp.
• Use any 6sivp trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context outside the Platform without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 6sivp's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6sivp's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

6sivp shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill (whether direct or indirect).
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency infrastructure work, third-party network failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or any other circumstance outside 6sivp's reasonable control.
• Losses caused by a Player's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network.
• Any financial decision made by a Player based on information or odds displayed on the Platform, whether or not that information contained an error subsequently corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 6sivp holds its applicable gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, through the dispute resolution procedures established by 6sivp's licensing authority.

The Platform is operated and accessed by Players who are residents of Indonesia. While Indonesian law (including Undang-Undang provisions governing online activity) forms part of the regulatory context within which the Platform operates, the governing jurisdiction for contractual disputes under these Terms is the international gaming jurisdiction of the Platform's licence, not the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

6sivp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the following process applies:

• The updated Terms are published on this page with a revised "Effective" date displayed at the top of the document.
• Registered account holders are notified of material changes via the email address on record, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
• If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date. Outstanding withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method.

Minor updates — such as typographic corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or removal of obsolete references — may be made without direct notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
